Our “Rebuilding Together” luncheon dates are Sundays, October 4th , October 18th , and November 1st.

We are asking that you attend one luncheon.

Beginning at 11:15 am, right after worship, adults will go to the luncheon in the Fellowship Hall while kids can go to the Conference Room (just off the church office) for lunch and childcare that will be provided there. The luncheon meeting is expected to last only one hour and end at 12:15 pm.

Adults will enjoy lunch in the Fellowship Hall while learning about our priorities for renovation and the cost associated with each. After that presentation there will be a time for Q&A.

Toward the end of the luncheon, you will be able receive a “Rebuilding Together” brochure and a “Rebuilding Together” Commitment Card. We ask that you would pray and seek what part God has for you to take, to obey Him in it, and then bring the Commitment Card with you to our Rebuilding Together Celebration on Sunday, November 22nd .

We ask that you sign up no later than the Wednesday before the Sunday luncheon you will be attending.

We as the family of God get to decide how much we are desiring to renovate and rebuild based on our generosity. We will accomplish projects to the level we are able to pay for them. – Pastor Doug

• What is the purpose of these lunches?

  The purpose of the lunches is to share the specific areas that require renovation and rebuilding with the costs associated. People will receive a Commitment Card to begin considering what God would have them do.

• Who Should attend?

  The entire congregation should attend, even if disinterested!

• What will happen during the lunch?

  There will be a lunch, during which there will be a presentation on the specifics of Rebuilding Together (including slides), a time for Q & A, an the receiving of the brochures and the Commitment Cards to be taken home.

• What time does each luncheon begin and approximately how long will it last?

  The luncheon, with food provided for adults and kids, will begin at 11:15AM and will end at 12:15PM.

• Where will the lunches take place?

  The lunches will all take place in the Fellowship Hall at the tables. Younger kids will eat in the Conference Room.

• Will food be provided?

  Yes, there will be Wegmans subs, chips and bottles of water.

• Will childcare be available?

  Yes, all 3 lunches will have childcare. Childcare for all small children will be available in the Conference Room. Lunch will be provided there.

• Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

  If there are dietary restrictions, please bring something with you that you can eat.

• Anything attendees should bring or prepare beforehand?

  No, just open hearts to what the Lord wants to do through us.

• What do you hope people will leave understanding or ready to do?

  My hope is that people will understand the necessity of the 5 priorities we are proposing. Ministry requires good and workable facilities. The hope is that each person will be open to the Lord, ask Him what He desires for them to do, and then simply obey him by bringing their commitment card and any initial financial gift to worship on Sunday, November 22nd. - Pastor Doug
