A Drain on the Budget
A Drain on the Budget
If you've driven through our parking lot lately and thought, "Was that a speed bump… or a small crater?" — you're not alone.
Yes, the parking lot is reaching end-of-life, but there’s something even MORE urgent. One of our catch-basins (that’s the drain that keeps our lot from becoming a small lake) caved in and is in urgent need of repair. The good news? We caught the issue before it became a bigger problem.
The repair will cost around $10,000, which wasn’t part of this year’s budget.
If you’re able to assist with the repair expense, you can give online, drop something in the offering box, or mail a check - denoting “Parking Lot Catch-Basin Repair" with your contribution.
Thank you for helping us keep our parking lot safe!
