Join the Edgewood Church Accessibility Team for an informative hour long workshop on blind and low-vision etiquette and interaction. We are pleased to feature guest speaker Joette Vahey, Career Development Specialist at Goodwill Vision Enterprises. Ms. Vahey will provide our community with the tools and confidence to ensure our church remains a welcoming space for everyone.

The workshop will include:
- facts about vision loss
- how some people trust a long cane
- inclusive etiquette tips
- fundamentals of offering human guide
- support strategies for shared meals
- question and answer session

Who can attend?
This workshop is open to the entire church. First come, first seated in the chapel.
